  Scroll through our selection of adventures until you find one that looks exciting

• 2. Follow an adventure

  Click “Follow” on the adventure page to let us know that you are interested

• 3. Learn more about your adventure

  Connect with your organizer; ask questions and hear the latest updates

• 4. Pay for your adventure

  Click “Book Now” to reserve your spot on the adventure. Your money will be held safely in escrow.

• 5. Enjoy your adventure

  Pack your bags and be prepared to return with amazing stories to tell

• How do I know my champion is trustworthy?

  We know all our champions personally, and we work closely with them to make sure you have a memorable and safe experience. For first-time champions, we will meet in person and oftentimes personally go on an adventure with your champion-to-be. We also provide ongoing feedback to our existing champions whenever we see an area for improvement.
  
  What you can do: Check out the champion’s reviews by other users on their profile page. Meet with your Champion before you trip.
  
  How you can help others: Leave an honest review on the adventure page after you return from your adventure!

• Can I expect my itinerary to go 100% as stated in the description?

  Your champion will work hard to make everything go according to plan. That being said, our adventures are off-the-beaten-track. This means, don’t be surprised by the occasional workaround or change of plan, it is part of the fun. Bring good spirits, relax, and help everyone have a good time J.

• I can’t go. How do I cancel?

  You may cancel anytime by clicking on the orange ‘see you there’ button on your adventure page. See “what is your refund policy” to check whether you are eligible for a refund.

• What is your refund policy?

  You will be issued a full refund if you cancel before the payment due date. After the payment due date, your Champion will already have transferred the funds to transport companies and local operators, so we can no longer provide a refund.
  Should your adventure not materialize because the minimum group size could not be reached by the payment due date, you will of course also receive a full refund

• What’s the difference between a Champion and a Travel Buddy?

  If you travel with a travel buddy, you are responsible for booking all your accommodation and transport by yourself. A travel buddy must not ask you to transfer money to him/her or otherwise arrange transportation or accomodation for you (otherwise he/she would require a Travel Agent license). Travel buddies travel in very small groups of 2 to 4 people. If you travel with a champion, you can expect a unique curated experience without any of the organizational hassle – your champion has you covered with a well thought-out itinerary, and she/he will book accommodation, transport, and activities for you. All champions are registered under our Travel Agent license number 027937.
