Wildfire Yoga - Yin/Yang starting at Stadium Walk Singapore

What better way to break in the weekend than to get in touch with yourself in our mind and body practice. 

Wildfire Expeditions is offering back-to-back sessions of outdoor yoga for all levels.

1. Yin
Wake up your body with morning yin practice. Stretch not just your muscles but your tissues too. Improve the elasticity of your body. Let yourself ease into the pose and hold it for 3-5minutes. Get comfortable. Mind and body.  

2. Core 
Move into a dynamic sequence that works your core and gets your energy up.... It's the weekend! Have some fun with movement and feel your core firing up!

We welcome all levels of practitioners, including beginners. Join us on the mat!

Bring a mat, plenty of water, some sunscreen, insect repellent, a towel and you are all set for 60 (or 120) mins of activity and fun!

Venue: 100+ Promenade, nearest station: Stadium MRT. Exact location will be advised to successfully registered participants.

BYOM: Bring your own mat


Price: Pay what you want, what you think the session was worth.
