Feeling tired, grumpy, sore or just Need.A.Break? Join us at the lovely Kuta Lombok on an extended weekend of island living and guided yoga practice where you relax, energise and refuel. Body, mind and soul.
Do you consider yourself a newbie to this practice called yoga? A practitioner for a number of years but unsure if you are “doing it right”? This extended weekend is perfect for you. We aim to develop your understanding in yoga poses (asanas), the objective of each pose, how to enter and exit safely, how to make each pose work for you and how to go deeper in your practice.
Have you ever wondered what is yoga? We will also provide an overview of yoga philosophy to give you a deeper appreciation of the practice.
Rise with the sun as we practice sunrise yoga and enjoy a homemade wholesome breakfast back at the guesthouse. In the day, you will have free time to make most of your island life. Go diving, snorkelling, surfing or stand-up paddle boarding; drive, jog or motorbike to one of the numerous beaches, have a coconut, read a book, walk some hills; take it easy and relax by the pool, go for a spa session or amble along the main strip and try the different cafes and restaurants that offer a wonderful range from organic offerings, to wood-fired pizzas to local delights.
In the evening, practice yoga to the setting sun and luxuriate in the beautiful outdoor environment. You also have the option to participate in a guided Trataka practice.
