If you think this temple looks familiar, maybe you think it looks like Angkor Wat.  This is not Angkor Wat, this temple is 300 years older than Angkor Wat, built in 9th Century to honour Lord Shiva.  This ancient monument is overshadowed by Borobudur and therefore less known.  Having read its history I think this temple deserve our equal attention as that of Angkor Wat, I therefore decide we should check it out.  After all Prambanan was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.  It was rediscovered in 1811 by a surveyor that works for Sir Stamford Raffles, this temple survived major earthquake in 16th century.

Jomblang cave is famous for its heavenly light coming in through the hole on the cave, its depth of about 80m while Grubug cave a depth of 120m, to get down to the cave we need to use operator assisted pulley that slowly lift us down to the cave.
The hole is formed as the forestcollapse and form a hole with a diameter of more than 200m, this cave has also been used as dumping ground of bodies of the robbers but with changing times, this cave is now used as tourist attractions.
The light penetrates the hole of cave Grubug at 12 noon.

We will tube through 5 caves Holy Goa, Goa Gelung Glatikan Goa, Goa and Goa Buri Omah Brubug.  While tubing we will get to see stalactites and stalagmites.  This underground river in Goa Kalisuci is considered one of the best 3 in the world after Mexico and New Zealand.  The rapids aren’t strong and the depth of the river is only about 3 meters, making it ideal for beginners to tube.  Did I forget to mention we will be trekking Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano in the morning before we tube?  This ancient volcano is believed to be active millions of years ago.  Nglanggeran is a range of huge rocky mountain which has exotic view, unique shape and names.
