Highlights

Welcome to the hidden and forgotten fort in Sentosa, Fort Serapong. This fort is not a tourist attraction, is hidden within the forest of Sentosa, so is meant for only those adventurous and curious enough to explore the fort. This is one of the adventure things to do in Singapore.

Fort is thought to be built around 1879, it was used as a defense by British against other European powers of the region and in WW2 against the Japanese and finally used by SAF as a training ground,  and eventually was abandoned 1972.  The archaeologists are still working on this fort, and I will attempt to share all that I know.

We will meet 10 am Harbourfront Station exit A and make our way to the fort using public transport and a short hike is needed to get us there, please bring along your transit link card.  We recommend bringing water, wearing long sleeves, pants, and covered toes shoes to minimize cuts and insects bites.
